CAREER SUMMARY:
Kenneth Krys is the Managing Director of Krys & Associates Cayman Ltd., and liquidator of a number of high profile and complex cross-border engagements. Ken has over 15 years experience in corporate recovery, forensic accounting and regulatory compliance matters in the Caribbean (including Bermuda, BVI, Jamaica and Belize).

Ken has been a member of the Cayman Islands Society of Professional Accountants since coming to the Cayman Islands in 1991 and is also a member of the CISPA Insolvency Practitioners Sub-Committee. He was elected to the Cayman Islands Compliance Association in 2000 and has served as Vice-President of CICA since 2004. In addition, he is a member of the local chapters of the Chartered Financial Analysts Institute and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, as well as a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute.

Outside interests include being on the board of Directors of both Junior Achievement Cayman Islands and the National Council of Voluntary Organisations, and involvement in Mentoring Cayman.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Chartered Accountant, Chartered Financial Analyst, Certified Fraud Examiner, Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist and Chartered Business Valuator
