CAREER SUMMARY: Ian is the Managing Director of Active Services (Cayman) Limited, which provides compliance support to regulated entities in the Cayman Islands. He has 28 years experience in the offshore financial services industry principally in the areas of compliance, fund administration, accounting, banking and fiduciary services. His early professional career was spent with KPMG in England before transferring to KPMG Bahamas in 1980. He moved to Cayman in 1982 where he has worked for two major international Bank and Trust Companies and latterly Appleby and Maples two large offshore law firms prior to joining the Active Group in August 2008. He is a Chartered Accountant as well as being a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors and Cayman Islands Society of Professional Accountants. Ian has been Secretary of the Cayman Islands Compliance Association since it?s inception in 2000.

QUALIFICATIONS: Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales - Qualified in 1973.
